The building has laundry on every floor, elevators, a 24-hour doorman, concierge, rooftop fitness center with atrium pool, furnished roof deck with magnificent views of Central Park and the Hudson River, 9th floor garden terrace, residents lounge with a billiard table, and childrens playroom. The building is situated in the heart of midtown, 3 blocks from Central Park and Columbus Circle. It is surrounded by restaurants, cultural attractions like Carnegie Hall, and supermarkets like Whole Foods. Except for dogs, pets are allowed. This is a 15-month lease assignment. Almost all furniture is available for purchase, offering an inexpensive alternative to renting a furnished apartment.  More Less
