Welcome to your new home. If your home search includes charm and character along with upgraded amenities, then look no further. A welcoming front porch will make you want to just sit down and relax. Once inside the front door a very bright and roomy living room greets you. Besides the new floors, the beautiful well-crafted built ins, there are plenty of windows, to bring the outside in, along with a wood burning fireplace. The living room opens up into the formal dining room, also with plenty of windows to view the outdoors as you dine. The kitchen wall is now gone and added is a nice kitchen island/bar with seating that separates the kitchen and the dining room. Hand crafted oak cabinets, granite counter tops and ceramic tiled floors completed the kitchen. There is a full bathroom on this main floor too! Come upstairs, on the new carpets being installed, and you will find 4 great bedrooms (hardwood floors under carpets) and a full bath. The 3rd floor has a master bedroom with a full bath and two good size closets. There are two ductless air conditioner units, one on the first floor and one on the third floor to cool down the house on a warm summer day. Out back is another fun retreat area with a patio and screened in gazebo. Some gardening has been started to include some spices, fruit and veggies. Saving another great feature for last would be the detached oversized two car garage with electric, water and a 2nd floor storage/work area. Great place to work on that special car or bike! This entire wonderful home with its great features sits on a little over a one acreage open lot surrounded by a great tree line. Almost forgot about the two sheds with electric too!
