What I love about the home
The patio is incredible - this was the only condo we could find in the area that had a legitimate private outdoor area. Spacious rooms throughout and the open living room and dining room. The condo is nice & clean. Best of all, we can walk to Broadway, several parks, restaurants, pubs, Burke-Gilman trail and more. This condo is situated in the best location with equal access to the UW, Eastlake, Green Lake, Cap Hill, etc. Garage parking that you can actually park in! The private front door that no one else shares is very unique.
