This is an exceptional ranch in Oakcreek. The exterior is immaculate as well as the interior! Entry has wood flooring, the balance of the interior has newer carpeting. A great 3 season porch to have breakfast and dinner in the summer, has screens and windows for a nice breeze. A half Bath off the entry way, the sink and toilet have been upgraded. Large Master Bedroom. Master Bath has been upgraded with a walk in closet. A great Family Room with a woodburning fireplace and wooded beams on ceiling. Utility Room has sink. Furnace and A/C are 13 yrs old (per owner). New roof, vinyl siding, gutters and down spouts in 2011. The cook top range, wall oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave all remain. Newer garage door + opener. Attic fan with a thermostat are newer.
