What I love about the home

Amazing amount of space, both inside and out. 1.96 acre lot is zoned Ag-1 with no restrictive covenants! It's literally just a couple minutes into Dyersville. Open flood plan has large rooms. Beautiful tray ceiling with accent lighting and a gas fireplace highlight the living room. Enjoy relaxing in the sunroom with lots of large windows and has attached deck. Huge laundry room conveniently located off the kitchen. All 4 bathrooms are FULL bathrooms. Three bedrooms on the main floor and a 4th bedroom in the basement. Solid 6 panel interior doors. Lots of oak cabinets in the kitchen along with island and pantries. The walk out basement is fully finished with large family room and a full kitchen, and loads of storage. The garages are what sets this house apart from the rest. The main floor garage is 1600 sf, has heat and hot/cold water and stairs leading to lower capped garage.
