What I love about the home

I love the historical feeling of this Circa 1848 home. I feel as though I am in a home that is 165 years old but is totally renovated with nothing to do but move right in. The original Pumpkin Spice Hardwood Flooring, the converted gas fireplace and the restored features of this home is amazing! The large one acre lot and 3-car garage with expansive workshop adds value to this historical property. I enjoy relaxing on the rear terrace, viewing the extensive well manicured landscaping or in the sun room.
