Large Mid-Century 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. All 3 bedrooms are larger than most other homes in the area. Original kitchen and baths have been well maintained. The large backyard is secured with architectural block wall. The expansive covered backyard patio is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor living. No pool or spa, but there is plenty of room for both in the large backyard. This property was listed in August 2007 for $375,000. It is now bank-owned and already listed for $73,500 less than last month. With just a little TLC this home could be a showpiece. Make an offer and get a bargain!
