Calabasas is a wonderful small town on the west end of the San Fernando Valley. All the homes, over 200, in this park are double wides or better, some are 2 story. Beautiful hilly country area, well maintained park with many trees is surrounded by million dollar homes. Although it is in the hills, it is only 3 miles to shopping, restaurants and fast food, freeway, and about 8 miles to the beach (Malibu Canyon or Topanga Canyon). Excellent Las Virgenes Unified schools, free City of Calabasas shuttle buses, air conditioned with seatbelts, from park to all schools and back home, and all around Calabasas and to The Commons shopping/movies/dining area.
