The Home is two blocks from Victory Park where Rose Parade Floats are parked after the annual New Years Day Parade.
We are walking distance (three blocks or less) from churches.
The Free Pasadena Arts Bus passes right in front of our home.
Pasadena High School is four blocks away. Public and private schools are also within three blocks.
The Home faces north and offers a wonderful unobstructed view of Mount Wilson and neighboring foothills. The Eaton Canyon Nature Preserve is only one mile to the North. Parks and Bicycle paths offer free recreation for the entire family.
Markets and Department stores are within two miles.
The 210 Freeway is about half a mile south of the residence.
Down Town Pasadena and Old Town Pasadena are readily accessible by private and public transportation.
Pasadena City is a wonderful place to live.
The City picks up our trash bin from our back yard. They go and get the bin, empty it and put the bin back in our back yard.
We fell in love with this home and have lived here for thirty-three years of our forty-one year marriage.
