My Notes

Edit
This end-of-row is great for the first time owners or investor. Owner has vacated the last tenant and is in the process of "spring cleaning" the home. Most of the rooms are freshly painted and the carpets cleaned. Good central location, a half block below Vine Street. Wall to wall in the living room, hallway and staircase. Most of the newer windows have been capped on the outside so there is no peeling paint issues. Fenced rear yard off of the mudroom/ laundry room. Newer kitchen with lots of Oak cabinets for all your culinary needs. Clean open basement for all your other storage and project needs. Newer forced air heater for a toasty home. From the open front porch, you can watch the young ones play in the large cleared field across the street. Easy to show and see. 10/01/14  More Less

    Market guide

Zillow predicts Haddington-Carroll Park home values will fall 0.6% next year, compared to a 3.4% rise for Philadelphia as a whole. Among Haddington-Carroll Park homes, this home is valued 23.5% more than the midpoint (median) home, and is valued 53.7% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Haddington-Carroll Park, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 54.1% higher than in Philadelphia, and 183.5% greater than the national average.
