Great investment opportunity! Best priced 2 bedroom in Malibu Canyon Village with wonderful professional couple tenants already in place through August of 2015. Central Malibu location close to Pepperdine, beaches, Legacy Park, movies, restaurants, markets and shopping. Complex offers pool, lighted tennis court, workout room, clubhouse, guard gated entry, and 24 hour surveillance. Malibu Canyon Village has undergone considerable upgrades in the last few years yet still has some of the lowest HOA dues in Malibu. Assessment to pay for upgrades has been paid in full by seller.
