Built in 1920 and wonderfully well maintained and updated this Gambrel Style Colonial with full front and rear shed dormers sits on a .13 acre lot in the desirable Riverside section of Haverhill MA. Driving up you pull into the paved driveway bordered by handsome stone retaining walls and facing the one bay under garage with auto opener.Coming up the front concrete stairs you notice the homes newer vinyl siding and vinyl replacement windows and gutter system. Entering the home you step through the new steel door with decorative glass into the foyer vestibule area with wood grain laminate floor. Straight ahead and to your right is the formal dining room(10.3x14.10) with wood grain laminate floor, chair rail, shadow boxes, crown molding and elegant hanging chandelier. To your left is the front to back living room(10x21.3)with wood grain laminate floor, cozy brick hearth wood burning stove with mantle and two overhead lights.
