Hilltop location at it's best! Catch the summer breeze from the backyard with overland views out toward the ocean. Private location at the end of a cul de sac with a fully usable lot. The spacious floor plan is great for entertaining. Formal living room and dining room provide lots of natural light from oversized windows. Kitchen can be modernized to suit a buyer's taste but it currently adds a rustic flair to this expanded cape.
