My Notes

The home is a Sutters Mill plan 4 near the community pool and park and with a full 2 car exclusive driveway. Downstairs is an open floor plan with a living room, kitchen with a center island and a dining area. There is a half bath downstairs. An oversized master bedroom and jack and jill bedrooms (2) are upstairs. Inside the Master bedroom is a spiral staircase up to the large loft with great sun and views of the neighborhood. Downstairs has slate tile throughout and carpet on the stairs to the second floor and on the second and third story floors - upstairs bathrooms however have upgraded ceramic tiling. Master bedroom has a walk in closet with a central tech center for whole home internet and cable, a separate balacony and an oversized bathroom which is a space into itself with separate toilet, separate shower and tub and double sinks - very nice tiling. The home is upgraded nicely. The home is on the best positioned lot in the neighborhood- next to the walkway to the park and pool next door. The property has a full fenced in large patio for hanging out with friends and 2 car garage with 2 car exclusive driveway. It is an end unit so you have windows on 3 sides and only share one wall. The home was built in 2005 and the home feels and flows like a detached home on the inside.

Neighborhood Description
Numerous parks including a fantastic water park for the kids. Some parks have climbing walls. Others have tennis courts, baseball fields soccer fields and playground equipment with kid friendly surfaces. Lots of pools and clubhouses. The schools are highly rated.

What I love about the home

Loft inside master bedroom. Full 2 car with a full Driveway and an end unit steps from the park and pool. Most Ladera Ranch Homes under $600k do not have driveways.
