Maintence free home in LaSalle on corner lot. Kitchen was gutted and replaced with maple cupboards, counter top and laminate flooring in 2001. 1st floor bathroom with cherry cupboards, corian counter top and marble tile. Master suite upstairs with large walk in closet and extra storage. Finished basement that is insulated and can be used as a family room or bedroom. Vinyl sided and new roof was put on in 2001. Partially fenced yard. Concrete pad in rear next to garage for outdoor furniture. Great house for downsizing or first time home buyers!
