The main home has 4 bedrooms (2 up, 2 down) and 2 1/2 bathrooms (1.5 up, 1 down). There is a large living room with working fireplace connected to a dining room and family/video room. These three rooms are open and flow through - ideal for entertaining. The kitchen has a spacious dinette attached. The two upstairs bedrooms have their own bathroom and the extra -large master bedroom has air conditioning and an enormous walk-in closet.
The office building / garage has 3 spacious offices with integrated work areas and a convenient bath room. Each office has its own heating and cooling. There is a spacious entry / waiting area and a separate copy / fax center. The office building has its own hot water heater for almost instant hot water. The office environment could also be used for an in-law quarters or for children.
The home and office are wired for Ethernet. There is abundant cabling for TV and an outdoor antenna with rotor.

What I love about the home

It is like living in your own park! The commute to work is about 30 feet! It's a lovely neighborhood with a rural feel.
