Second floor, with pool view, plus 1 assigned, reserved parking space in garage. 789 square feet. 10 foot ceilings. Sunken living room with hardwood laminate flooring. Water and garbage service included. Gated access. Has dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, and washer and dryer (in the unit). Close to Hyde Park, downtown, airport, shopping, dining, bars, drug store, fitness center, Bayshore Blvd. No smokers. No pets.
This unit is one of the best in the complex with a great view and being so close to the garage - you can almost throw your groceries into the unit from your parking spot!
