PRICE REDUCTION!! 2405 Tyler Lane was purchased with a keen eye for bringing this gem up to the next level. The first project was refinishing the hardwood floors, and they still look amazing! As you focus on the fireplace you appreciate that is was updated last winter with vent-less gas logs, and adds a nice cozy feel to the living room. The Florida room was added in 2008, with floor to ceiling glass, which adds a wonderful feel to the home; and it is still under warranty. This room has its own air-conditioning and heating unit, which will surely be appreciated in Louisville. The floor is slate tile and not only easy to clean, but gives an impressive and modern appearance. The user friendly kitchen has updated appliances, and features a convection oven with the range. Throughout the house you will find designer ceiling fans, and all of the windows have been updated. This adds comfort as well as modern charm to the home. New carpet has been added to the upstairs for comfort and quiet as well as the basement steps; some of this covers existing hardwood underneath. The family room is featured in the basement and is great for entertaining or just relaxing. The extra room in the basement can be used as a bedroom and with a full bath this adds to the convenience and comfort for the entire family. Adding to the features of this home is a stamped concrete patio and beautiful landscaping surrounding the house. Also the garage and carport are added features to this older home. In addition to all improvements so far, this home is getting $20,000 more with a new roof on the house and garage, new gutters, and cladding around the windows. This house is one to see.
