This house was newly remodeled in 2002. It has recessed lights, double pain windows and central heat. Hardwood floors throughout and new carpet in the bedrooms. Home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom features shower and tub and the guest restroom has a completely tiled shower and floor! The kitchen has ThomasVille Cabinets, amazing stove with plate warming feature and a dishwasher. There is washer dryer hookups off the kitchen and a two car detached garage. To top it off, there is a very large backyard with a orange and lemon tree that produces like no other! Sun shades were installed on the windows and there is more than enough room to entertain. Perfect backyard, just in time for Summer time. Close to fwys and schools. 4 blocks from beautiful El Dorado Park and golf course. Sorry NO PETS  More Less
