Fantastic fix and flip deal...Two Story, 1938 sf house in Soulard. Currently 2 bedrooms but could make a 3rd bedroom easily, 2 full bathrooms...upstairs has separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Exposed brickwork and ductwork, some windows updated, CPVC plumbing. Zoned HVAC upstairs and down...both systems brand new, new water heater, wiring and circuit breaker panel have been updated, stack updated, new roof in '07...all the hard work has been done.
