NOTE; The appraised zestimate is wrong... I don't know how Zillow appraised it at that price.. note; Sorry.. no dogs allowed in park. This is a manufactured home that is the best buy around.. Half of it is a cement block cottage home and 1/2 is Manufactured.. Brand new everything. Restored. We have reduced the price from $25,000.. This was the price complete with furniture.. Twin Lakes started this community with this kind of model homes!! This was a model home and is now comparible or better than the new ones. Where can you buy a almost brand new home for 25,000 with furniture that is almost new!! Or purchase it empty for !8,000. Washer and dyer and refrig. stay...Contractor has completely gutted the one side and started over!! Bring your inpector with you, look at the ones for over $55,000 to 75,000 in this park..! Then look at this one!! WON'T LAST!New walls, new pergo wood floor, new kitchen, new bathroom, new plumbing, new wireing.. Now that's only half of the story.. He has painted freshly the whole home, put in crown molding around the ceilings( you don't get this is most homes.) He has put in Sear's Deluxe Washer and Dryer in hallway, new dishwasher, new double door refrig., new cabinets new floors, new vinyl tile in Kitchen.. Front porch is covered by the whole new roof over, Porch is tiled.. All the backsplashs in kitchen and bath are done in an expensive tile with décor matches.. There is central air and heat which is great, closets all over the place. 2nd bedroom has a ladies closet to die for!!! Master has 3 closets.. Surprise.. most of the expensive furniture will stay!!
Owner has a " man Cave" room/shed which is huge.. not metal..no no.. a workman's bench and etc. In the back there is a garden and an area for cook outs.. patio!...Windows are all in great shape and are big!! Lots of Florida light... All window treatment have the best curtains and decorator rods with ends. The house has four exits.. a secret door in the master and one in the kitchen, living room and second bedroom.. Twin lakes is an Adult Park over 55.. Most people are around 60 +.. Big new swimming pool and a huge ACTIVE Club house..LOCATION; LOCATION... We are 15 blocks from the biggest Mall in Clearwater with everything! U.S. 19 is not far away for trips to other cities, or Tampa International..CLEARWATER BEACH IS 15 MINUTES away.. Has won national awards! Because we are a sparkling gem that is sitting right in the middle of two $75,000 all manufactured homes...THIS IS A DEAL...

What I love about the home

. Twin Lakes is centrally located near all the New Stores , Malls, Home Depot, Walmart, Publix and is sooooooooooooooo close to the beach!! Living in this home is comparable to a very upscale Condo. but I have outside land , GARDEN and patio!!!.
