Very nice interior and well maintained manufactured home. Three large bedrooms and two full baths. Full kitchen with a built in hutch in the Dining Room. Treed lot gives it a secluded & private feel. New paint, floor, windows repaired, fixed floor. This is in a 55+ community. Close to all amenities: shopping, bus stops, parks & commuting to I-5. Quiet neighbors, there's a cemetery behind the home. Try finding better for the price.
