Location 2447 Turk Blvd /Tamalpais Terraceemail or call to set up a private appointmentThis excellent 2bd top floor unit takes up the entire top floor of a 1939 Rousseau building which has been beautifully maintained.Kitchen features classic solid wood cabinets and tile counters and flooring. Gas range as well as a space for a portable dishwasher (current tenants might leave theirs as well)Large S/S refrigerator. Kitchen is well maintained.Large classic Art Deco Bath with pink and white tile. Pedestal sink, large tub and separate large stall shower with seat.Recently refinished Dark oak hardwood floors throughout unit.Excellent Period detail and high ceilings.Living Room is a very large room with 5+ windows, all with plantation shutters, crown moldings and a large corner fireplace. Great View of the USF Lone Mountain campus.Dining room (this is a smaller space, not suitable as a bedroom) that is between kitchen and Living Room. Very cool circular cabinets seperate this room from the kitchen.Bedroom 1. This is a very large room with doors from the hallway and also from the living room. no closet in this room, but plenty of space to put in a IKEA type closet.Bedroom 2. Large room with direct access to a large deck and views from room and deck toward the south and east. Large walk in closet as well.2 hall closets.The location:Walkscore 92, close to Laurel Village (4.5 blocks), California street shops, 4 blocks, Geary Street shops/restaurants, 2 block. Divisadero 7 blocks. JCC gym is 4 blocks away. USF is walking distance, Trader Joe's 2.5 blocks away.Bus wise, you can be downtown in 13 minutes on the 31Bx (non stop) or the 1BX , 38 is 2 blocks away, 1, 4 blocks away. 43 2 blocks awayUSF is right across the street.Target, Trader Joe's, Lucky's Starbucks, etc, a couple of blocks down Masonic.USF Gym is a couple of blocks away and residents are entitled to a join.The area is safe and has good weather, not too much fog. Parking on the street is easy for SF.
