My Notes

Large ranch style single story rustic beach home. Just a few minutes walk to La Jolla Shores Beach.Minimum stay is 3 days. Daily rate$380 per day for the first 4 people, and $30 per day for each additional person, except for children less than 15 months.This charming, beach home is a short and lovely walk to the beautiful La Jolla Shores beach, the Award-winning Marine Room restaurant, Scripps Pier, and La Jolla Shores village with all kinds of restaurants - as beach rental and retail shops, markets and coffee shops. Vacationers can snorkel and see incredible sea life, surf, boogie board, sea kayak in the caves, swim, just minutes from the house at la Jolla Shores Beach. The vacation rental is the North side of the house, separated by a locked entrance, it has a separate entrance and no common areas except for the drive way, main Gate at the entrance and laundry facilities.The property is divided into the main house and an attached living quarters. I live in the property with my 3 children and 1 dog, however we are hardly home since we like to enjoy all San Diego has to offer . Our guests will enjoy the full and exclusive use of the kitchen, dining room, living room, a private court yard and 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath tub and steam room, another master bedroom has 2 full size beds. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin bed each. The house has hardwood throughout. There is a wonderful backyard with an outside kitchen and sitting area - perfect for those who like to BBQ or sit outdoors with a glass of wine.The house has everything you might need - wireless Internet, DVD player, boogie boards, beach chairs & towels, toys, high chair, pack n' play for small children, and so much more. Nearby are the world famous La Jolla Playhouse, Scripps Aquarium, UCSD, Torrey Pines Golf course, Del Mar Horse Racing Track, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Lego Land, Also close-by is shopping and more restaurants in downtown La Jolla (less than a mile from the house). There is daily maid service for $120 per day that includes doing your laundry, cleaning daily all areas, and making your beds, washing the towels and cleaning the BBQ. Maid service this is optional and extra. Laundry facility is shared with the host.Guest have access to all of the house and private court yard. Guest AccessThe guest have full access to the house. Including the playground and jacuzzi on my side of the house.Interaction with GuestsI love to explore what is important to people and what inspires them and gives them happiness, health, and abundance. I look forward to making each guest feel welcome, while staying out of their way if they want privacy. Most of the time, I'm not home, however if there is something that requires immediate attention, I have a great team of workers who are able to take care of any concerns that can come up. My goal is to be available for you!The NeighborhoodLa Jolla Shores is well known for its friendly beach, children's playground, and dependable lifeguards, who ensure the safety of anyone in the ocean. There are great small business that rent kayaks to explore the sea.This is a vacation rental, Owner pays for utilities up to 500 max. per month, that includes water, electricity, cable, cable and internet. This rate is for a 6 month lease only. The City of San Diego charges 10.5% Transient Tax for stays less than 1 month.  More Less
