Deep water Gulf Access home with no bridges to navigate. Charming 2 BR home with large paver deck patio and nice boat dock with slip and well maintained seawall. All new kitchen with granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, slow close drawers, s/s appliances, light fixtures, etc. Tile floors throughout for easy cleanup. Slider doors to the patio have been recently replaced. Home is solid concrete block construction and includes new A/C and hot water heater. Redone brick paver driveway leading to the carport and covered sitting area out front. Separate laundry facilities and storage area in the carport. Irrigation on well to save some serious bucks on watering the grass. Expansion is possible off the back to add living area or put in a dream pool/spa. Home rests at the end of the cul-de-sac with only three houses till the bay opens up. A boaters dream with no HOA fees!!
