My Notes

Minutes from UH, Waikiki and close to downtown, this unit was upgraded after purchase in 2013. Flooring stripped and leveled and replaced with porcelain tile throughout. Kitchen remodeled with new cabinets and stove and refrigerator. Popcorn ceiling removed and ceiling skimmed and painted. All walls repainted. Lanai enclosure properly permitted including installation of Breezway windows expanding living area to approximately 900 square feet. New drapes installed in living room and one bedroom. Two walk-in showers. Private storage compartment for unit located in locked room near apartment.

What I love about the home

Condo is near UH, Waikiki and close to downtown. Various shopping centers within minutes drive. On bus line. Four two bedroom units per floor with significant cross-ventilation when windows on each side of unit are opened.. Five minutes walk to Ala Wai Park and in flat level neighborhood with easy walking and large bike path on Date Street one block away extending from Moiliili to Kapahulu.
