Situated in one of the premier locations, this 2 bedroom townhome with loft is an exceptional property. The home backs to the woods which provides a serene private setting. The entire home has been updated and meticulously maintained.With light maple hardwood floors throughout, oversized windows, and two story ceiling, this home has a light and bright feel and provides the open floor plan that is conducive to todays lifestyle. The entry flows from front to back with double sized sliders at the far end revealing a treehouse like setting. To the left of the entry is the living room. The windows span up through the second floor with custom silhouette window treatments on the first floor level. The color palette is neutral. In the living room is a wood burning fireplace which adds warmth to the ambiance of the room. With a kitchen spacious enough to entertain large groups , the family chose to convert the dining room into their family room. The maple hardwood floors continue through this part of the home. Off the family room and kitchen are sliders to the oversized deck. The family room slider is new and energy efficient. This is such a bright, cheerful and beautifully decorated area. The kitchen was tastefully redone and the neutral color scheme was continued into this room. There are granite counters with tile backsplash. A stainless sink and track lighting are part of the updates. The oversized deck may be accessed from both the kitchen and family room. It is a wonderful outdoor space, peaceful and comfortable. Off the kitchen is the laundry room and direct access to the garage.The second floor has hardwood as well. The loft, which currently is enjoyed as a tv room, looks down into the living room area. The master bedroom is quite large and has a separate hallway with lots of closet space. At the end of the hallway is the absolutely beautiful updated master bath. Double sinks, granite counters, custom cabinetry, tiled floor, wood blinds, and a tiled shower for two with glass door completes the picture.The lower level is beautifully finished. The floor plan creates two totally separate living areas. The sliders open to yet another deck making for more outdoor living space.
