This one is a beauty!! It's a three bedroom 1 bath with a 2 car detached oversized garage with alley access. This home is basically a new home. It has all new wiring and electric panel, all new plumbing pipes, new roof, new forced air furnace & new duct work, new water heater, new kitchen cabinets and new countertops, new stainless steel appliances, new faucets, new light fixtures, new flooring and new windows. Did we say, "NEW?" The home has an open floor plan so it actually feels larger than it is. The only thing we have that's original is the claw- foot tub that has been refinished and installed with a shower head so you can shower instead of bathe if you choose. The front yard has been xeri-scaped and part of the back yard as well. We kept the charm of the orignial detached garage but updated it with 2 separate garage doors that open to the alley with new garage door openers and a walk through door on the home side. This one is priced within reach of most buyers too!! This one won't last....don't delay!!  More Less
