The Lenox is a 2004 condominium conversion project in a "pre-war? building with lots of original details, solid wood doors throughout and it is an elevator building with doorman in the center of Washington Square West. Great central location, walk to restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, boutiques and theaters.<br><br>As you enter this unit you are in the gallery hall, to the left is a huge bedroom suite with walk-in closet and very spacious bath. To the right of the hall is the living room/dining room, with 12 foot ceilings, polished hardwood floors and plenty of windows. Modern roomy kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, glass cook top, convection oven and cherry cabinets.
