This beautiful townhouse-style condominium is a cut above the rest and offers three stories of space that you can really live in. The spacious main floor is great for entertaining; the entryway and powder room flow into a kitchen and dining area that?s truly functional, and the large living room features maple floors, built-in bookshelves, and a cozy gas fireplace. The second floor bedrooms have 12 foot ceilings and lots of light, and the full bath sparkles with extra nice fixtures and quality tile work. The bonus room in the loft gives you options?a home office, library, family room?the extra space is yours to optimize! The location is unbeatable?access to downtown and the freeway is a breeze, and Green Lake, Zoka, Wallingford, and the U-district are all within easy walking distance. Very quiet inside. Friendly and small homeowners association with very low dues. An exceptional home in a central location?this is what you?ve been looking for!
Neighborhood Description
The neighborhood is fantastic! Everything is close by and within walking distance -- restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and movie theaters are about a 10 minute walk away in Wallingford, and in the other direction, it's just a 10 minute walk to Green Lake. And Zoka and Tangletown are right around the corner! Plus, driving just about anywhere is a breeze with such a central location.
 

What I love about the home

We have loved living in this home! It is comfortable, cozy, quiet, and nice. We moved in to it brand new in 2003, and have loved all the finishes -- from the built-in bookshelves around the fireplace, to the tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms, to the well-made trim throughout.
