My Notes

This manufactured home was built in 1998 but still in great conditions. Looks like new! One of the cleanest homes in the Sequoia Plaza park. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and 1440 sq ft! Plenty of room. Owner removed the wall between 2 bedrooms and made it into one large room. Master bedroom with bath is at one end and the other 2 bedrooms are at the other end. Ceiling fans in every room. This home is located at the left back corner of the park so there is no one behind or on the side of you. Also plenty of parking for guests.
