Wow! You won't be disappointed in this home. It feels just like new. There is a nice size living room, family room with fireplace, newer carpet throughout, newer vinyl in the kitchen and baths. There is a slider from the family room to the backyard. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, newer tile in Master shower just completed at time of listing (per seller)(shower door & mirror on order). This home features dual pane Pella windows throughout which have a Low E coating to keep the heat out. The home has been recently painted inside with walls having rounded corners and textured ceilings. Bathrooms have newer toilets as of the listing date (per seller). There are rain gutters, newer hot water heater, newer garage door opener, roll up garage door and shelving in the garage. Nice lot with RV access per seller.
