Urban style lofts located near the University of Louisville campus. Originally the Ford Motor Company building, has now been renovated into modern living spaces. With a blend of old and modern architecture. Each unit features 12-15' ceilings, modern lighting, polished concrete floors, enormous windows, and some even have their own balconies. Each unit has a washer/dryer hookup. The kitchens are fully equipped with custom cabinetry and stainless steel or black appliances (microwave, range, refrigerator, and dishwasher). There is a rooftop deck for the residents where you can enjoy the springtime, and views of the University, Churchill Downs and Downtown with a great view for the firework shows. There is ample parking and the building has security doors which can only be accessed by assigned codes which makes the a safe and convenient place to live near the University.Rent includes trash, sewer, parking, water, internet and cable.
