My Notes

Edit
NordEast MPLS home that has been rejuvenated and reinvigorated through new double-hung Marvin windows, James Hardy siding, architectural shingles, and cedar shakes. New concrete steps for the front, a new wooden-deck side walk/steps leading to a multi-level backyard with a large rain-garden and a garage/driveway with access via Arthur St NE. No alleys to mess with here!
Mechanically there's a new(er) water-heater, new furnace, with built-in air-purifier and humidifier, as well as central-air. No cutting corners on quality of product or installation.
The kitchen has been upgraded with new(er) refrigerator and stove as well as major cosmetic renovations resulting in an eat-in kitchen. Did I mention the large-sized kitchen that you don't typically find in homes like this? It's a great space to be sure!
The bathroom was gutted, rebuilt and is spa-like in the tiles and stone-tub surrounding a 1932 vintage claw-foot tub.
Two bedrooms, and an untouched attic that are just begging for a Master-suite build-out means you have plenty of living space. The basement has been thoroughly sealed, painted and is highly-functional in four separate "zones" or two larger areas.
Fully-landscaped yards, with extensive native-plant filled rain-gardens bring a wealth of color and variety to the house and block. This is NEMpls living at it's best!

What I love about the home

Great neighborhood!! Close to downtown, parks, Johnson Street shops, and the bus line. A comfortable place to live.

Neighborhood: Audubon Park

Zillow predicts Audubon Park home values will decrease 2.6% next year, compared to a 2.1% fall for Minneapolis as a whole. Among Audubon Park homes, this home is 8.1% more expensive than the midpoint (median) home, and is priced 56.9% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Audubon Park, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 50.6% greater than in Minneapolis, and 407.6% higher than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Audubon Park home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Minneapolis.
