Buyer Beware! There has been considerable damage to the home as it has been un-occupied.
The roof needs replacing! In some sections there are 4 layers of shingle. $20,000 estimate to replace. Damage from water created a bow and hole in ceiling. within livingroom.
The pool! beware beware! The problem only shows itself when the pool is full, water works its way in the master bedroom of the house and soaks the bedroom within the house. Over $50,000 estimate to tear up area between house and the pool.
The A/C unit went out and has not been repaired. $5000 estimate
