Custom built One level brick home. House sits on beautifully landscaped lot (3 l/4 acres). The long paved driveway leads to the house and a 30 x 50 insulated metal building. There is a custom rock bridge, gazebo, and arbor. There are hundreds of trees and plants (Many perennials). There is lots of shade.
The house is three bedrooms and four full baths (1 of these is in basement). The Master Suite is special because if has His and Her Baths and His and Her Closets, with pocket doors. It is a large bedroom with a sitting area and a trey ceiling. The dining room also has a trey ceiling and pocket door. The kitchen and baths have cherry cabinets. There are two Rock fireplaces with gas logs. A screen porch is on the back and a 26 Ft. Brick Porch with vinyl is on the front that leads to a 148 Ft. Brick Sidewalk. There is a 2-car garage on the main level and a basement garage with storage area. The basement is partially finished with drop ceiling and painted walls with carpet and heat and air vents. Also good for large play area as well as office area. This square footage is not included in the house footage. The large basement bath has heat and air and also extra washer and dryer that stays. There are many more special features. All appliances stay including the washer and dryer. The house is heated by natural gas and has a gas water heater and clothes dryer. The breakfast area has lots of windows where you can enjoy nature and the changing seasons.
The house is approximately 2200 - 2300 Sq. Ft. not counting the basement. The basement is basically finished and heated. Since there is a full bath, this area would be ideal for a fourth bedroom for teenagers or other family members. There is a small area that is not finished in basement with heat unit and water heater. Also a drive in garage at basement area. There is also a second washer and dryer in basement.
There is a 30 x 50 ft. metal building. A large garden spot.
The house is located in a peaceful part of Yadkin County with lots of good neighbors. It is ideally located to Elementary (10 minutes away), Middle and High schools (5 minutes away).
Additional land can be purchased for $6,000 per acre. One tract is 10 acres, another tract is 10.6 acres, and a third is 5.6. The small tract must be sold with one or both of the other tracts. All this land joins the house. It is ideal for horses or cattle as it has pasture, hay field, barn and other buildings and a creek.
