What I love about the home

This home and property is a great place to spend time with friends and family on the large back deck overlooking the 4 acre pond. Also enjoyable is to sit in the pergola listening to the sounds of nature and the 75 foot water feature which goes from the back of the house to the pond. Being surrounded by four acres of woods and lush easy-to-maintain yard gives a sense of privacy even though it is very close from many amenities. The covenants of Kiokee Ridge help maintain the integrity of the subdivision and it?s homeowners without the added expense of HOA fees. As with all new home buyers there were changes we wanted to make in order to make it our home.following is a list of changes and improvements we did ourselves, as well as hiring professionals to complete over the past 11 years.
