This large and beautiful home is available fully furnished. This was a model home in one of the most sought after communities that offers many amenities. This home boasts many designer features, a pool and spa, and a beautiful lake view. 4 bedrooms,plus den, 2 1/2 baths,family room and formal dining and living room. This house is a must see!
This home is new. As the model home it has many upgrades. Four bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double and 1 with two twins), 2.5 baths and a fully furnished kitchen. There is a den set up like an office with a desk ready for you to plug in your laptop. WIFI Broadband Internet is FREE! There is also cable television with many channels ? even in German!
Your very own heated swimming pool with southwest exposure (as well as the community pool) and lounge area that is enclosed to keep out the buggers you didn?t invite to your pool party. There is a table that seats four, 2 lounge chairs and a barbecue to enjoy by the pool
This home is lakeside so you enjoy views of the lake from almost all rooms. The master is on the first floor ? perfect for Grandma and Grandpa. The kids will love the pool of course but the community pool offers a slide and lots of fun for the youngsters. There is also a TV/DVD player and WI-FI access for everyone.
