What I love about the home

As this condo is in a primarily owner-occupied building, the facilities are well taken care of and the neighbors are quite considerate. Also, this unit, 3F is well situated - facing a tree filled park and in-between two streets that have been converted to pedestrian ways versus busy roads. Way less noisy than many other options in the area.
