Back porch adjoins 18 1/2 ft. by 50 foot covered patio with eight person "Hot Springs" hot tub. Full size windows over look the patio, hot tub and rear of property with sliding doors off the master bedroom and great room. Patio and house are wired for exterior accent lighting. Additional features: plumbed for a gas/propane decorative heater in the great room and wired externally with a quick charge change over switch for emergency gas generator electricity. Interior has four bedrooms and three full baths, two on -suites - one in master bedroom with garden tub, separate shower enclosure, water closet, and large walk-in closet. The other adult bedroom has a private entrance through the on suite with its' own hot water heater. The whole-house alarms system can be programmed to notify bedroom three is carpeted with a walk in closet. Bedroom four is carpeted and has two closets. The trusses are manufacture to provide solid attic storage and a strong foundation for the ELk 30 year shingles. Also in the attic area is a TV Antenna in case you loose your TV reception during a satelitte tv during a storm. exterior walls are covered in hardy plank and the entrance is a five foot wide double metal door. There are pear trees and fig trees procuring on the property. The apricot trees are established but too young to produce fruit. The pasture is fenced and cross fenced with portable waster to all three pasture areas for horse. The 14 foot drive through gates between the middle and back pastures are not provided.
