There has been a very large volume of applicants so far for this third open house. Feel free to stop by, but so far there have been some well qualified applicants.Charming PETITE apartment house located in my backyard. The unit has a small tiled kitchen (no stove). The combination bedroom/living room is carpeted. The bathroom has a shower but no bathtub. There is no washer and dryer in the unit, but there is a laundromat about 0.5 mile away.The kitchen includes a microwave on a moveable stand, a refrigerator with ice maker, and some kitchen storage. There is a security door and a security window so you can leave them open and enjoy evening cool air without concern. There is off street parking next to the apartment. You'll share the backyard with me -- lots of green grass, two new cherry trees, and a vegetable garden.This is a nice modest neighborhood located between downtown Denver and Belmar in Lakewood. It has good access to public transportation. Only a couple blocks to the bus line on 1st, or walk/bike about a mile north to the Perry St. light rail station on the W line.Available now. Pets are negotiable depending on size, age, species, and reproductive status -- should be small, fixed, friendly, not a puppy, that kind of thing. NO smoking allowed, good credit required - references do NOT take the place of good credit. Security deposit is $600. There is a flat $50 utilities fee including electricity, water, gas, trash, and wifi. We do not accept Secction Eight.We are having an open house from 5:00pm to 6:00pm Monday June 23rd.
