This 5 bedroom, 2 bath home has a separate door which can lock off the downstairs. Unusual floor plan, many options. Current owner used to rent out the 3 upstairs bedrooms separately for $300 per month each and live downstairs in the 2 bedroom unit. Or you can make this your single family residence. Many possibilities. Was rebuilt in 1981 with new electrical and plumbing. New FANG system in 1996. Driveway is paved and has parking for 5 cars. Huge storage shed out back. BMP certificate on file
The house was completely renovated and remodeled in 1982 into a 5 bedroom 2 bth house. I lived in the lower level of 2 bedroom 1 full bth with kitchen and living room and large fenced yard with large attached storage area, for 13 years. The upper level which consists of 3 bedroom and 1 bth, can be separate from the lower level for owner privacy. I rented out the upper 3 bdr to individuals for $300 each room, now you could possibly get $400. I have rented out the whole house for the past 10 years, it is difficult to rent out to a family due to its floor plan. It is ideal for owner living in the lower level and renting rooms or possibly a half way house for the county upstairs and owner below, or other possibilities, for income. 5 car parallel parking off street. A good use for this house is for a group or several families to purchase the property, each family having a designated bedroom to use and store there bikes ski equipment etc. Note there is a large storage room attached to the rear of the house also. Roof and driveway replaced in 2007. Repainted and new carpet 2 years ago. Easy walking distance to many good restaurants, gym. Easy access to bike trails to mountain and beaches.
