We have a nice and friendly neighborhood. Almost all of the homes are "year round" homes. However, our next door neighbor would go to Florida during the winter. Everyone we know here has their primary residence here, too. There is a mixture of owners ages from grandparents to newly married couples living around the lake. Homes are very well kept and there has been many years of updating, remodeling, rebuidling and some "knock down and building new" around the lake.
