My Notes

A wonderful, open floor plan in a NEW home. The home is 1.5 years old and presents all of the perks of building, without the hassle. No need to worry about costly repairs! Gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gourmet island. The morning room allows space for a large table right off of the kitchen. A highlight of the home is the spacious bedrooms. Two rooms have extended square footage due to an upgraded floor plan, and the master bedroom includes a HUGE walk-in closet. On the second floor, you will also find a laundry with a utility sink. The garage has a two-foot extension, providing room for shelves, refrigerator, etc. The basement is unfinished, plumbing has been roughed-in for a future bathroom, and it adds 500 square footage of great usable space with no floor to ceiling beams standing in the way and egress windows. It's a beautiful lot, overlooking an open green space and community pond. Tiberon Trace is in an excellent location. Nestled in a great family community, there are excellent neighbors and top ranked Highland School District. You are within walking distance to major retailers Home Depot and Wal-Mart. Additional shopping is minutes away with quick, easy access to I-71, I-76 and I-77.

What I love about the home

We love the spacious rooms, which make excellent living areas for children and all their toys. We also love the kitchen/morning room as the gourmet island provides extra storage and cooking space while the morning room provides a wonderful place for large family meal gatherings. Furthermore, not only is accessibility to close shopping a bonus, but the neighbors and the neighborhood provide a great living environment for everyone!
