A new central Heat/AC installed and exterior walls insulated. Garage has automatic door and is insulated and temperature controlled with A/C unit. The clean hard wood floors have been refinished. Enjoy the patio-style porch in the summer and the warm fireplace in the fall. Drive less than 5 minutes to Old Town Pasadena or the Rosebowl.
