SPHOA is one of the first planned communities built in Santa Clara valley. Constructed in three phases, we were completed in 1971, 1972, and 1974. The 275 units occupy some 30+ acres, with approximately 1100 trees. Our property values indicate the natural beauty of our landscape and appropriate maintenance of our units. Our owners are proud of their properties, as can be seen by how well their units are maintained.
This site allows you to visit our property, and has available applications and permits for homeowners to download and submit to both the property management and those chairs in charge of various facilities onsite. There is also a page allowing you to contact various members of the association board via email.
