My Notes

Edit
I have an apartment for rent in in the Crescent Hill/Butchertown neighborhood off of Mellwood Ave. It is located at Highwood Place Apartments in a gorgeous tree surrounded, super quiet area! This apartment is available starting MAY 6 It is currently the only rental available in the complex! This 718 sq ft apartment has open living room, large kitchen (tons of counter space), large bathroom, full size washer/dryer hookups, walk-in closet and more! If you're a fan of the outdoors, this apartment is for you - there is a fantastic patio that allows you to have a grill (most apartments don't permit you to do this) or a garden! The apartment is located in the bottom floor of a very quiet building and even has its own semi-private entrance. Not to mention, you have access to a separate storage unit if you need extra space. The apartment is literally 5 minutes to downtown Louisville, 10-12 minutes to get to the Belknap campus... with traffic. If you're working at the VA, it is located close enough to VA hospital you can walk to work. There is a $350.00 Security Deposit and 1 year lease for the apartment. The 1st and last month rent is NOT required... and they pro-rate from the day you move in! Highwood Place pays water, sewage, garbage and recycling. All you pay is electric! The place has brand new windows and is very well insulated, which keeps electric bills low.The apartment is currently showing, so feel free to stop by the front office from 9:00-12:00 & 12:30-5 Monday-Friday or call (502) 895-2487 for more information.Owner pays trash, sewer, and water. You are only responsibility for electricity. Full size W/D hookups in the apartment.  More Less

Market guide

Zillow predicts Clifton Heights home values will increase 1.2% next year, compared to a 1.7% increase for Louisville as a whole.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Clifton Heights, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 25% less than in Louisville, and 97.1% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help Clifton Heights home values rise more quickly than other regions in Louisville.
