What I love about the home

The location is perfect-within blocks to Boston's finest restaurants, eclectic shops, public transportation, and parks for children and dogs. Short walks to the Commons, Chinatown, Backbay, Copley, and all medical centers. 10-minute walk to Back Bay train station, 8-minute drive to Logan airport. While the area is vibrant the penthouse is nestled on a quiet tree-lined street. Included parking is directly behind the unit, an absolute blessing. The penthouse is spacious enough to raise children and accommodate an au-pair or guests comfortably. The decks can accommodate a grill, and have plenty of sun and space with faucets for gardening. You have roof rights to build further. Indoors, sunlight is plentiful with east & west facing and skylight windows, and high ceilings with recessed lighting. The den is perfect for a home office. Entertaining is easy with chef?s kitchen and layout. During winters, the home becomes even cozier with a wood-burning fireplace--not gas. Flooring is beautiful and clean with oak-wood floors.
