The apartment is very clean with two large bedrooms. It has new bamboo floors, decorator white kitchen cabinets with Carrara marble counters and all new stainless appliances. Bathroom has new tub, Grohe faucets and Carrara marble. Stacked washer and dryer in unit. Recessed LED lighting. Large closets and extra storage in garage below. Two onsite parking spots, one garage and one driveway. Equipped with state of the art DSL and cable connections. New double pane windows and designer molding.
What I love about the home
260 College Avenue has been scrupulously remodeled by the current owners. Attention has been paid to every detail. The exterior has been painted and stuccoed with a smooth grade 5 finish. New moldings surround the bronze colored double pane windows and doors. This property has new wrought iron railings, professional landscaping, new garage doors, stained concrete and new designer exterior light fixtures. The condo style interiors are sophisticated with high end finishes throughout. Sustainable strand bamboo floors flow through the entire unit, decorator paint colors and custom moldings encase the new double pane windows and six panel doors. The bedrooms are large with sunlight streaming through. Washer dryers are in every unit.
