Zillow predicts Fairmount-Spring Garden home values will increase 1.9% next year, compared to a 3.4% rise for Philadelphia as a whole. Among Fairmount-Spring Garden homes, this home is 44.6% more expensive than the midpoint (median) home, but is priced 2.2% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Fairmount-Spring Garden, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 56.5% less than in Philadelphia, and 20% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help Fairmount-Spring Garden home values rise more quickly than other regions in Philadelphia.
